*Our fixed fee is applied to salaries up to £100,000 GBP. The fixed fee is split and paid over two invoices.
We already have a wealth of information about your business, culture and objectives. Upon receiving the job description, we work with you to draw up the key requirements that form the parameters for finding suitable candidates.
2. Identify & Approach
Our dedicated research team identify target candidates from an international talent pool. Using a focused approach, we engage with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
3. Evaluation & Presentation
Suitable candidates then undertake a series of detailed interviews where they are assessed against a set of key competencies using a tailored qualification process. An agreed number of qualified candidates are then presented.
4. Client Interviews & Offer
BlackBook assists the client in organising interviews with stakeholders. As a preferred candidate emerges we work in partnership to manage the offer process to completion and collate all final referencing.
