London Elizabeth hotel back on the market after two years

The London Elizabeth hotel near Lancaster Gate is back on the market after two years for a guide price in the region of £45m.

The Victorian hotel has 52 bedrooms and owner Amafhhar Limited Mastcraft has received planning consent for an additional 43 bedrooms, having bought the hotel in 2018 off a guide price of £42.5m.

The hotel was previously owned by Peter and Karen Newman under the company Rosiealfie. Frank Wessely and Chris Newell of Quantuma were appointed joint liquidators of the company in July 2018.
