British lifestyle brand Superdry plans to broaden its presence in India by opening more outlets across the country. Superdry has set its footprint in eastern India by opening a retail outlet in Guwahati, and is also wanting to have outlets in Kolkata and Ahmedabad.

The brand has already tied up with Reliance Brands Limited which is a part of Reliance Industries and currently has 21 retail outlets across the country.
Business Head of Reliance Brands Limited, Manu Sharma who was in Guwahati on Saturday said: “We are expanding in India. From 21 outlets we want to grow to 28 to 29 outlets by this fiscal year.”
“We have opened a retail outlet in Guwahati and this is our first footprint in Eastern India. We are keen on opening outlets in Kolkata and Ahmedabad,” he added.
