Our Consultants


  • Paul established BlackBook in 2011, after an early career working for some of the biggest names in hospitality, fashion PR and advertising. By bringing together his leadership skills and global network of contacts within the luxury brands, fashion and retail sectors, he has demonstrated his exceptional talent in Executive Search and rapidly established BlackBook as an industry leader.

  • Garry started his career in buying and merchandising for a leading department store group. He went on to deliver volume recruitment campaigns for established high street brands and retailers. He has worked for prominent boutique global recruitment consultancies and joined BlackBook in 2013 with an extensive network of contacts. He covers both the UK & International markets across a variety of sectors and functions.

  • Emilio has wealth of experience in sourcing talent. His speciality is HR and he has worked at an international level excelling in the identification, management and development of talent throughout Europe, America and Asia. He is an accredited coach from Henley Business School, with a Masters in HR and a degree in Psychology.

  • Linda is an Executive Search Director with over 20 years cross-functional and cross-sector expertise in the Media, Communications & Research fields. She has helped founders, boards and their organisations to recruit C-suite level executives and direct reports to build successful cross-functional leadership teams.
